Summation
DFI has done a good job
on its latest 815EP solution. The CS61-EC ended being a very stable and performant
mainboard. My only concerns were its Layout. With some minor improvements,
like adjusting the placement of the FDD connector and power connector the
DFI could have been easily an even more attractive product. The CS61-EC is
somewhat priced lower than most of DFI's competition making it more attractive.
If you are in the search for a performing and stable 815EP solution, I wouldn't
have a single problem recommending the CS61-EC.
