Benchmarking Notes
Yes, the VIA 4.24a driver
package was used but I did take note that the AGP revision is still stuck
on "4.03." I ignored InnoVision's driver CD as the 6.18's are the
newest formally released drivers from the proverbial horse's mouth.
Please note that my definitions for "N" and "H" differ
slightly from other sites so they may or may not be directly comparable. All
tests were run with the onboard AC97 sound on so the "silent" benchmarks
would probably be a few FPS higher. Actually, all I was interested in was
the relative differences in the same system with only switching out one piece:
the video card. Since InnoVision recommends a 233MHz processor minimum, chances
are that most purchaser's scores will have much lower absolute values than
mine, especially considering the 140MHz overclocked FSB.
