The only
difference I can see is that the L2 latency loses three cycles from the C1
to the C2. Dropping from 5 to 2 means 3 less potential pauses and that equates
to faster cache. The C2 does not sport the advanced transfer cache that the
full P3 Coppermines have. The C2 does not sport the higher price tag either.
